We are hiring a dedicated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team leader with excellent communication skills to become the Foreman of our Toilet division at our Edinburgh Depot.

Job Role:

  • Supervising toilet service drivers to ensure fair and efficient distribution of work for cleaning and servicing to meet hire demands
  • Handling customer inquiries about breakdowns, maintaining breakdown records, and reporting to the Depot Manager
  • Managing staffing levels to meet company goals considering holidays and sick leave
  • Inspecting returned units/toilets for damages and documenting any issues including graffiti
  • Overseeing accurate completion of delivery/collection/exchange paperwork and workshop documentation
  • Monitoring daily vehicle checks by drivers and reporting any issues
  • Processing parts requisitions, creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and minimizing downtime
  • Managing stock levels and conducting regular reviews
  • Handling packaging and shipment of goods to customers, returns to suppliers, or transfers between depots
  • Testing new units/toilets before fleet booking, maintaining records, and ensuring proper paperwork completion
  • Maintaining and securing the Toilet Yard, organizing designated areas, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workplace
  • Ensuring compliance with Company procedures, Health & Safety guidelines, and P.P.E. requirements for all staff, providing necessary training and toolbox talks

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Prior experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Digi Card holder
  • Drivers CPC
  • 7.5T Driving Licence
