CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, CUMBRIA, UPTO £45,000

Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have gained a minimum of 3 years' experience dealing with a broad range of litigation matters.

The successful candidate will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients.

An experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought after to join this long-established firm to manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters.

# Your caseload will include professional negligence, contentious probate, property disputes, partner disputes, landlord and tenant disputes in both commercial and residential settings.
# The role will be varied and will require the appointed Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from initial instruction to settlement.
