Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for an Annual Maintenance Planning and Delivery Manager to join our Technical Services team
In this role you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of annual maintenance of all our rides across the Resort. Creating a holistic plan for the successful delivery of maintenance, ensuring all pre-requisite tasks ahead of the maintenance period are completed within set deadlines and budgets to guarantee a successful open to the season.
You will also lead and matrix manage the project team to rectify any maintenance issues that occur once the season starts, and prepare for the annual maintenance period ahead.
This role is key to providing the seamless and on time delivery of our annual maintenance plan for all rides, in addition to the continuous improvement of this process. It involves both planning and the delivery of annual maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience
Have at least 5 years in project management roles, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry.Experience in planning and executing large-scale projects, ideally maintenance projects, including coordination of multiple stakeholders and resources.
Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and overcome obstacles.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry are a plus.
