We are looking for a skilled Senior Design Manager to join our team in North East area


About the role:

  • Full Time, Permanent contract.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a crucial role within our regional design team, specifically focusing on projects during tender and delivery phases.

Reporting directly to the Head of Design, your responsibilities will include managing and delivering design information as per the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule. You will ensure that our design consultants comply with standards and briefs, overseeing the design process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure design compliance with relevant legislation and technical requirements.

This position is ideal for individuals with:

  • Proven experience in senior design roles within the main contractor environment.
  • Hands-on experience in high-value build projects.
  • Previous exposure to MOJ projects (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with BIM level 2 projects, including COBie data, LoDM.
