Here at Cornwall Motor Factors, due to internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a full-time Delivery Driver / Trainee Parts Advisor at our Falmouth Branch.
You should be physically fit, have a pleasant outgoing nature and able to work as part of the team.Knowledge of the local area and garages would be an advantage as you will be delivering car parts and accessories within the area, however full training will be given.
What will you be doing?
- Loading and unloading vehicles and general stock sorting
- Checking your items reporting anything amiss to your manager
- Checking your vehicle is ready for the busy day ahead
- Completing your deliveries.
- Checking in stock and helping to put away
- Once back at the depot unload and sort any returns
- Update your manager about your day
- Clean your van ready for the next adventure
What we expect from you
Our Driver / Trainee Part Advisors are ambassadors for our business.
In this role you will be delivering a multitude of car parts and accessories to our customers premises whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Cornwall Motor Factors.
When not on the road helping to promote our business, you will be given training on our system to learn how to look up and invoice parts for our customers vehicles, where you will not be thrown in at the deep end.
A good appreciation of health & safety is a must too, along with excellent driving skills.You must have a current driving licence and a winning way with people from all walks of life
