JOB TITLE:
Income & Credit Control Officer

LOCATION:
Manchester

SALARY:
£22K - £26K

Simpson Judge are working with a company within the public sector who have an exciting opportunity for an Income Credit Control Officer to join the Finance Team on a fixed term, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

Job Details:

  • Invoicing
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Agreeing payment plans
  • Taking customers payments over the phone
  • Debt recovery
  • Sales ledger duties and using the finance system to improve processes

The skills and experience required for the role:

  • Experience of accounts payable's role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Level 2 English and Math's
  • Ability to use finance system and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work accurately and to set deadline
  • Understanding customer needs and have attention to details when completing given task
