Our client is a not for profit development company set up to work in partnership with The Highland Council, housing associations, Scottish Government, private landowners, and developers to help build more homes of all tenures for people in the Highlands.

In addition to this, they also provide a management service to their customers.


They are a fast-growing company, and their fantastic team all work closely together and have a strong team ethic where everyone shares responsibility for good practice.

They are now seeking an Office Support Apprentice and is a great chance for someone to kick start their career

Responsibilities:

  • Using Excel to record factoring costs and information
  • Finance data entry using asset management software
  • Using collaborative tech like Share Point and One Drive to access documents and cross referencing
  • Utilising Excel to extract reports and analysing the data
  • Acting as first response when someone contacts the office and directing the phone call to the correct person
  • Updating the website and posting on socials

Required skills:

  • Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • You must be able to work well within a team as well as being able to work using your own initiative
  • Excel and Word experience would be beneficial; however, this can be provided as a development and training opportunity
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, but you will have access to a pool car when travel is needed

Salary:

£18,500 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
