Outerwear Designer - Womens

Salary:
£DOE + Annual Bonus
**West Norfolk (Hybrid working, 2 days in the office)
Looking to join a supportive team, plus have the security of a company currently on an exciting growth journey?

You'll join a team of eight across design and product development, working on creating timeless women's outerwear, along with the usual duties of a Ladies Outerwear Designer.

Although you'll have autonomy over your role, there is a supportive manager and team in the wings when you need it.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, you'll be working with some of the best craftspeople, sourcing luxurious materials, creating elegant and luxury styles with the outdoors in mind.

When it comes to offices they are as charming as they come, a converted stable where you are surrounded by idyllic countryside.

It's a hybrid role, where hybrid means hybrid, 2 days in the office to be precise. I quote the hiring manager "We are super flexible". The 2 days aren't setso you can book that dentist appointment you've been needing for the last six months

A little more about you:

• You'll have designed for the premium ladies' outerwear market.
• Be a whizz with Illustrator.
• Access to a car for transport is essential, it's an idyllic location free from bus stops
• Comfortable with hybrid working, two days in the office (days can be flexible).
