Do you have NHS experience in a caring role, equipping you to work effectively to support and monitor people who need nutrition support in the community? We are looking for a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner to assist our friendly team in providing services to this group of patients throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and we have a number of positions available.


The post offers the opportunity to be a member of the dietetic prescribing team and will work across the health care community, including GP surgeries and care homes, and provide support to the Dietitians in managing patients care plans.
