Jam Restaurant and Cocktail Bar are currently looking for enthusiastic weekend Senior Food and Beverage waiting staff to join the Jam team,You must have at ;east 5 years experience in hospitality we need individuals who are caring and take pride in all that they do, who are personable, reliable, inspirational, driven and enthusiastic by nature.


You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Receiving, ordering and serving customer requests to the standards required.
  • Understanding menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities.
  • Keeping your service area clean and tidy and well prepared.
  • Efficiently manage the accurate settlement of customers bills
  • Be able to answer customer queries in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Identify customer service problems or issues before they arise
  • Display a positive, friendly and informal manner with customers
  • Show a sense of urgency on behalf of customers and action requests quickly
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant is essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to make a positive impact
  • The motivation to learn new knowledge and skills
  • Handson and flexible approach with a "cando" attitude to respond to a range of work situations
  • A passion to deliver high standards of work paying particular attention to details
  • A desire to exceed expectations
  • Work effectively with colleagues
  • Strive for excellence by paying attention to important detail
  • Ensure promises are kept by following through on customer requests, maximise sales opportunities through upselling, crossselling and achieving addon sales
  • Weekly Pay
Minimum Requirement 5 years experience in a similar position

You must be available to work weekends

16 hours per week on a Saturday and Sunday and some Fridays.

Available to start straight away following a telephone interview.
