This position offers hybrid working hours.
Job Purpose: This role is for an Account Support Executive to work within an internal sales team, managing existing customers and promoting products and services like software modules, consultancy, and support. The benefits are excellent, and the overall potential earnings are attractive.
The main focus of the role is to upsell and promote products through various channels such as webinars, phone calls, and emails, with an emphasis on existing customer engagement. No cold calling is involved.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Identify and close sales opportunities
- Achieve team sales targets
- Maintain updated CRM records
- Handle sales opportunities from order to delivery
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
- Participate in meetings
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Contribute new ideas for sales improvement and new products/services
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Good interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Experience with *specific software* is advantageous
