Job Description:

COCKTAIL BARTENDER

Skills:

  • Passion for all things cocktail related,
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines and beers.
  • Experience as a cocktail bartender is strongly preferred, although enthusiasm and willingness to learn is most important.
  • Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Great customer service skills, delivered in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability, honesty and integrity
  • Teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Duties:

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of specs, both house and classic drinks at all times
  • Deliver great service: entertain customers while mixing drinks to keep them engaged. Share product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Set up and break down the bar cleanly and efficiently
  • Maintain visual aspects of the displays at a high standard.
  • Keep the bar stocked with prep, including homemade drinks, syrups and garnishes
  • Producing high quality drinks consistently
  • Work quickly and cleanly
  • Till and payment handling accurately and efficiently
  • Keep the bar area clean and organised, adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
  • Adhere to alcohol licensing laws at all times, checking customer ID and monitoring potential alcohol abuse

£10 - £12.5 per hour depending on experience + TRONC
