The Role:Collaborate with business sponsors and key users to enhance business processes and develop plans for Workday implementation.Diagnose issues with the Workday Payroll module and work with support partners for resolutions.Participate in testing and scoping activities for upgrades and changes.Interact with Helpdesk, Suppliers, and consultants for effective support.Assist in designing new processes and modifications to existing ones.Maintain configuration documentation and support end-user activities.Identify opportunities for enhancing application capabilities.Promote high standards in safety, security, health, environment, and teamwork.The Candidate:
Strong business understanding of Workday Payroll.Experience in configuring the Workday application.Proven track record as a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant.Good knowledge of the UK Payroll business environment.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Conflict resolution and relationship management skills.Capacity to train internal teams on Workday Payroll capabilities.Drive change effectively and achieve results.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Understanding of Data Protection Act requirements.
