We are recruiting for a
Deputy Sister who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS within the Discharge Lounge.

You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards "great people, great place".


The Discharge Lounge is a fast paced, small unit designed to support capacity and flow throughout emergency and planned care pathways.

The Lounge focuses on enhancing the patient journey, providing a safe and calm environment for patients to wait away from the ward area whilst the final parts of their discharge or transfer of care are finalised.
