CONTRACT - PMO SUPPORT

Hi Everyone, I am looking to fill an urgent contract with a major client. You will be reporting into the Programme PMO Lead, responsible for supporting project managers across the following key areas;
-
Meeting administration

  • Terms of References, Attendees, Agendas & Meeting Packs
  • Meeting output including Minutes, Actions, Decisions Reached, New Risks and Issues
  • Production and robust management of meeting admin reviews, approvals and stakeholder circulation

Project plan administration including integration delivery plans and project specific RAIDDDA

  • Planview or Excel planning templates
  • Daily updates to Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Deliverables, decisions and Actions including exception reports aligned to specific criteria

Status Reporting

  • Daily Stand Up summary
  • Reporting support to Project Management community
  • Project Status Reports including Key Achievements, Key Areas of Focus, Key Risks, Issues and Dependencies and Milestone summary
