Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join an established and busy business in the St Columb area on a fixed term contract of 9 months.


Main duties will include**:

  • Preparation of the quarterly management accounts and the reconciliation and preparation of lead schedules for all balance sheet accounts, with initial emphasis on:
  • Pensions
  • Retentions and their collection.
  • Verifying and invoicing accrued retentions.
  • Credit control:
  • The collection of specific nonperforming debtor balances
  • Assisting in the development of KPI's and KPI reporting.
  • Spreadsheet (Access DB where applicable) design.

You will also support the Operations Director in completing:

  • Quarterly closings
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of new financial systems and processes.
