Audit Qualification Administrator Milton Keynes Hybrid - 3 days at home, 2 days office based Permanent Full time - 35 hours per week £24,953 Join our team The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) are looking to recruit a dedicated Audit Qualification Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is working within the Education & Training department, where you will have the opportunity to support a great team. Role Profile To support the AQ team in the AQ processes working with the AQ Executive to ensure an efficient and high quality service is maintained. Responsibilities include:
  • Batching of applications based on a risk profile.
  • Completion of admin checks in respect of eligibility for the AQ.
  • Processing applications or declining applications as required, recording decisions on the appropriate system and confirming to members/students.
  • Handling enquiries from students, members and firms and provide information as appropriate, liaising with the AQ executive and managers as required.
  • Balancing application processing and enquiries to maintain service levels during periods of high application volume and demand.
Candidate Profile Requirements include:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational and administrative skills with ability to show excellent attention to detail
  • MS office computer literate
  • An appreciation of regulatory environments and the importance of producing compliant and quality work outputs
