Working closely with our growing team of talented hairdressers, you will be responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting our clients of Nailsworth.


The role would be well suited to a forward & fast thinking person with a passion for customer service and strong people skills whilst maintaining a fun & professional environment.


What the Front of House role will entail:

Working alongside a team of 10 people you'll be working towards targets for business development and growth, this is mostly working towards managing a productive diary.

Providing outstanding customer service to our clients over the phone and face to face.

They will be responsible for:

  • The daytoday management of the diary to ensure productive bookings, by managing online bookings, answering calls and making bookings, promoting rebooking on the day.
  • Ensuring that all staff members are aware of their clients arriving.
  • Producing the relevant reports to your manager on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

What we are looking for:

Someone with the experience of working as front of house or a receptionist.

It is not necessary to have the experience working in a hairdressers however it would be beneficial to have experience working in a customer facing reception role.


  • Previous experience of meeting and greeting customers in a high standard environment
  • Experience of answering phones and dealing with enquiries
  • Confident enough to learn to use a booking system

Hours: 8 hours per day, 3 days per week. Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Salary:
Salary advertised is pro rata to part time hours stated.
