The Rybrook Motorbike world is growing, and therefore in BMW MOTORRAD, we are looking for someone ambitious, with a successful track record along with a growth mindset to step into Sales Management whilst still contributing to our sales performance.
Can you demonstrate how to motivate, lead and manage? Can you explain how to implement strong processes and help build our reputation with customers and the manufacturer? Your track record should be able to show that you can consistently achieve both monthly and quarterly unit and profit targets.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with the leadership and people skills, who wants to grow our business and grow personally within it.
Ideally, you will have a creative and entrepreneurial approach for areas such as marketing and be able to explain how you can lead and deliver the highest level of customer experience for our customers.
If you have a passion for motorbikes and hold a current Motorbike license this will be advantageous, although this is not essential, it would be beneficial if you would strive to obtain it within an agreed timeframe.
