They are a hybrid agency between a contingent recruitment consultancy and an executive search headhunting firm. They work with a range of clients from start-ups to scale-up companies, working to buildteams for the future.

Our client offers to headhunt for positions including CTO, CPO, CMO, CFO, and COO, giving you the opportunity to work with leading professionals and giving you wide exposure to different businesses and markets.

Base salary:
£25,000 OTE £40,000

What they are looking for - Recruitment headhunter

• Graduate from a recognized university with a 2.1 or above
• Sales experience preferably B2B is ideal but not essential
• Hard worker and a desire to become an expert in your field
• A drive and ambition
• Competitive spirit, demonstrated through sports and extra
