We are looking to recruit a part-time member of staff to support a small team managing a growing portfolio of properties based in Haddington.

We are a dynamic small but ambitious business that is determined to improve the service levels in the lettings industry.

On the job training is available for the right person.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Preparing Tenancy Agreements
  • Key management
  • Other administrative tasks

Essential criteria:

  • Lives in East Lothian
  • Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to learn new skills/software with ease
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • A 'can do' attitude


Hours will be Monday to Friday in our Haddington Office although some flexibility may be available for someone with a great work ethic.
