• Lead, inspire, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes at Crenshaw's Brasserie.
• Own the kitchen and brigade, ensuring consistent high-quality food, monitoring guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage menu planning, rota, stock, budget, and comply with food hygiene/safety standards.
• Collaborate with the central Chef Committee on menu ideas and supplier performance.
