Rightdose Pharmacy is a national pharmacy chain based in the UK, with a state of the art head office based in Glasgow.


In 2019 Rightdose launched its technologically advanced Pouch Service, simplifying the process of taking the right medications at the right time to patients throughout Scotland and England.

Our team at our Rightdose Hub based at G411RD in Glasgow is looking to grow their members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Being a part of the dispensary team that works in a closed to the public environment.
  • Working with the dispensing team label, dispense extras and pouches, operate the robots and correct any pouches along with all other pharmacy aspects of the service.
  • Liaising with the different teams to aid in the completion of a persons pouched medication along with their extras and to be able to be part of the process of getting these checked and delivered to the patient.
  • Using a mixture of PMR systems and technology including Pharmacy Manager, Titan and more.
  • Ensuring every order is completed on time so the patient gets their medication in time.
  • Supporting the wider Pharmacy team in all Pharmacy processes where required.

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have experience in working in a similar pharmacy job roles.
  • Be passionate in providing the best in class service to all patients.
  • Have a working knowledge of PMR systems.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a teamWork towards your KPI's and goals as set by your line manager.
  • Be flexible in supporting the business and be forward thinking.
Pharmacy experience is desirable however, it is not required in order to be considered and successful in this role.

The job role is for:

  • Full time, Monday to Saturday, 96pm (8 hours a day) over 5 days.
  • Rota based system. Core hours will be Tuesday to Saturday for most vacancies.
  • 4 weeks annual leave + 9BH allowance.
  • Further training to ACD.
  • Company events and casual uniform.
