Temporary Sales Assistant Position at Our Company

The Role of Temporary Sales Assistant:

A key position in our team where you will focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers and driving sales by providing personalized assistance.

As a Temporary Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for inspiring customers with your passion for our products and continuously improving your service skills in our dynamic retail environment.

If you join us, you will actively contribute ideas to enhance our store environment and help us grow our business.

While the primary focus is on customer interaction, you should also be ready to assist colleagues in different areas of the store when needed.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers, addressing their initial queries and offering assistance
  • Support customers in removing security tags at the barriers
  • Assist at nearby tills if required
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and pay attention to detail in styling customers
  • Promote multi-channel services enthusiastically to boost sales and customer loyalty
  • Resolve customer queries effectively both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintain stock levels, keep the stockroom organized, and ensure product availability
  • Uphold high personal presentation standards
  • Support in-store events and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Maintain retail and visual standards to enhance sales
  • Assist in loss prevention measures
  • Follow health and safety policies rigorously

Essential Skills:

  • Prior customer-facing experience relevant to the role
  • Passion for enhancing the customer shopping experience
  • Ability to meet sales targets
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and customers
  • Strong team player mindset

Additional Information:

This role does not guarantee fixed working hours, and the schedule may vary weekly. There might be weeks without any work hours offered.
