Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Handle data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.

Communication:

  • Liaise with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

Organization:

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

Other Duties:

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Access to your own car for commuting to work and other jobrelated tasks.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type:
