MyCustomer is the leading online resource for customer service and customer experience professionals, we have been sharing news and best practice resources for nearly two decades, covering every facet of customer experience management.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, progressive-thinking editor who understands how to engage audiences and can champion a leading customer experience brand.

Working closely with the Publisher and Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering premium, high quality and engaging content for our members.

We're looking for someone who is able to drive our vision forward, demonstrating an ambition for growth and seeking opportunities to evolve and improve to continually attract and engage audiences.

Strong project management skills will enable you to lead on the delivery of our flagship programmes such as the CX Leader of the Year Awards and our digital event series, The CX Leader Sessions.

As the brand ambassador you'll represent MyCustomer through content, community management and events, building a network of contributors, writers and industry leaders.

There will also be opportunities for you to attend industry events and award ceremonies throughout the year.

You'll need to interpret traffic data and wider market and audience understanding to support strategic vision and drive data-informed audience, product and content development.

• An understanding of online community publishing and creation of multimedia content
• Ambition, a strategic vision and an appreciation of audience needs
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience of devising and implementing editorial processes
• Confidence in webinar and podcast hosting
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
• People management experience
• Ability to prioritise a multifaceted workload ensuring deadlines and targets are met
• Knowledge of CMS and web publishing tools
• Social media and audiovisual expertise
• A proactive approach to customer/member service
