Pathway Tracker - Obstetrics and Gynaecology Central

An opportunity has arisen to join Obstetrics & Gynaecology Team based in the Central area - (Glan Clwyd Hospital).

The role of the Pathway Tracker will provide comprehensive administrative support to Women's Directorate, by collecting, recording, analysing, interpreting and reporting of data required to monitor compliance with the Welsh Assembly Government Referral to Treatment Time (RTT) and Service and Financial Framework annual targets.

The role will be responsible for accurate and timely recording of the whole patient pathway on WPAS. It involves being an integral member of the Womens Directorate Team, coordinating, Organising and attending of meetings.

The Pathway Tracker will review the progress the patients journey through the care pathway and liaise with core services such as health records, radiology and pathology and will proactively take steps to ensure that the patients diagnostic and treatment pathway are achieved on target.

The successful post holder will be required to work across 3 sites as required.
