KeyResponsibilities:
  • ClientManagement:
  • Provideexpert legal advice on all aspects of family law including divorcefinancial settlements child arrangements cohabitation agreementsand prenuptialagreements.
  • Managea diverse caseload from initial consultation through to resolutionensuring clients receive timely and effective legalsupport.
  • Conductinitial client consultations and ongoing case meetings offeringclear and practical advice tailored to each clients uniquesituation.
  • Maintainregular communication with clients keeping them informed of caseprogress and addressing any concernspromptly.
  • LegalDuties:
  • Prepareand draft legal documents such as petitions statements consentorders and cohabitationagreements.
  • Representclients in court proceedings and at mediation sessions advocatingeffectively on theirbehalf.
  • Negotiatesettlements and agreements with opposing parties striving for thebest possible outcomes forclients.
  • Conductlegal research to stay current with developments in family law andapply this knowledge tocases.
  • ComplianceandAdministration:
  • Ensureall case files and records are maintained in accordance withinternal policies and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Keepdetailed and accurate records of all client interactions caseprogress and legal adviceprovided.
  • Preparebilling information accurately and ensure timely invoicing ofclients.
  • Workcollaboratively with colleagues across the firm sharing knowledgeand supporting bestpractices.
