authorise decisions made by staff and offers of financial assistance made to to prevent homelessness.

assist in the day to day running of the department by compiling duty rotas and organising coverage for staff absences.

Work with other Housing colleagues such as Housing Solutions to identify housing outcomes for our customers.

You will:
have detailed knowledge of homelessness legislation and case law.

have experience of supervising, coaching or managing staff

be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills which can be tailored to your audience

be able to work effectively by prioritising tasks and workloads

be able to keep calm whilst working in a pressured environment

The post holder will be expected to hold a full driving licence

Further Information:

This is a full time role at 37 hours per week.
