Our Client has been providing specialist mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services for over 20 years.With deep routes to the Humberside region, but a project base that has taken them all over the UK, they are a well known for their work in sectors such as healthcare, residential, commercial and industrial to name but a few.
Our Client is an award winning and highly professional Building Services consultancy providing bespoke MEP solutions across the UK.
For over 25 years they have championed innovation within the construction industry with a net zero approach, creating strong partnerships with a wide range of prestigious customers, working on marquee projects with sustainable building design at the forefront of every scheme.
With an envious portfolio of work which regularly includes healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial, defence, transport, leisure and retail, their work often focuses on key issues such as environmental impact, quality of services, future flexibility and operational running and maintenance cost of facilities.
Whilst their work and reputation will be best known across the West Midlands where they have their main office, the business is keen to expand geographically and a new Leeds office has been planned for 2023.
With premises already secure South Leeds and northern based projects ready to hand across, it's a fantastic rolling start for anyone looking to head up a new office and build a talented team.
In order to be considered for this rare opportunity all interested parties must be technically competent hands-on Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Design Engineers, capable of providing a flexible client facing service.
Project delivery will remain a significant part of the role in the short term, with the medium term plan to move into a more business development and regional lead, once a team is in place who can operate under your management.
Working closely with the head office team you will be tasked with utilising your local network to help win new work and assist in promoting the brand across the North of England.
Applications are invited from Principal, Associate, Associate Director, Technical Director or equivalent level MEP Engineers keen to step up into a true number one role and be the spearhead of the new Leeds office.
It is essential that applicants are seasoned deliverers of complex projects able to efficiently manage expectations and timescales.This opportunity may be attractive to someone who has considered setting up their own business, but reluctant to take the gamble of going completely solo, or possibly an Engineer stuck in a middle management position craving career development and the opportunity to shine.
