- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming correspondents and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
- Answering all calls in accordance and providing advice on services.
- Achieving team goals and organising paperwork efficiently.
- They have a hugely supportive working culture and will provide full training.
- Booking in appointments and coordinating the diary of the senior leadership team.
- Diary management and arranging meetings accordingly.
