Order Processor (Buying)

Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Order Processor to join the buying department.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing repeat site orders and any associated amendments.
• Checking all customer orders with high degree of accuracy and communicate any anomalies.
• Keeping track of order progress until completion.

Data entry

• Input all order requests onto the company system.
• Arranging removal of waste/spoil from site (Road Sweepers/ Muck Shifters).
• Ad-Hoc administrative tasks to support the wider Buying department.

The Successful Applicant will:

• Be proficient with MS office software (Word, Excel) and outlook.
• Hold previous experience in a fastpaced administrative or coordinator role.
• Be able to multitask department needs, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fastmoving environment.
• Demonstrate methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
• Familiarise themselves with relevant products and codes.
• Execute objectives with efficiency and effectiveness, measuring and monitoring the progress of outcomes.
• Be resilient, professional and possess a good work ethic.
• Be a Team Player.
• Have a sense of urgency.

Package:

• Contract Type: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 07:30am to 16:30pm (or similar)

• 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
