Credit Controller

A rapidly growing company based in St Albans are looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller. The role will work within a Credit team and own a set of customers.
The role requires someone who can be proactive with reminders, chasing overdue invoices and building relationships with customers. You'll be required to manage your own workload, and report to management with monthly aged debt reports. This is an office-basedrole and offers free on-site parking.

Duties:

  • Communicating with sites to check for goods received
  • Data entry of information to the accounting systems
  • Ensuring all accounts are accurate and uptodate
  • Follow existing chasing process and updating system notes
  • Reviewing onhold lists
  • Being a team player and assisting your team with additional administrative tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Have at least 34 years of experience in Credit Control
  • Ability to work autonomously and work collaboratively with a team
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Good Excel experience creating reports
