What we need you to donWe are looking for a Business Process Analyst to analyse requirements, document and develop processes focussing the system utilisation business and support data architecture.
Responsibilities will include:
nWorking closely with business stakeholders/3rd parties to identify and analyse business user processes/procedures and workflows, identifying issues and risks.nDrive agile/continuous improvement activities and mindsets within teams.nFacilitating workshops with business stakeholders/3rd parties for user process walkthroughs.nSet up the framework for documenting existing business user processes including end to end processes.nDevelopment of clear and detailed process maps and departmental play books.nActively collaborate with business stakeholders/3rd parties to deliver business user process insights and improvement recommendations.nTest, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational user processes.nCarry out cost / performance benefit analysis, cause and effect analysis, data analysis and evaluate and document the impact of any process change.nMonitor the impact of any process changes and the effectiveness of the change.nEnsure all operational changes follow the change control process.nDocumenting and control of all user processes ensuring that a consistent format is employed and that processes are up to date and available.nEnsure contractual/non-contractual process changes are managed through the Change Management procedure.nSupport the data strategy and architecture documentation within the business.
What we need from younAbility to establish and manage structures, processes, and standards.nStrong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels, i.e.
converting the complex to simple as required.nAbility to work effectively within a team and become a valued member of it.nAbility to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines and work under pressure.nAbility to work under own initiative, following 'intent' based leadership direction.nStrong skills in Process Mapping (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering.nUnderstand data strategy requirements of the business.nExperience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.nProven experience creating process documentation using a tool.nExperience of cloud applications.
