Job Summary


Supports the execution of more complex activities within the territory/country marketing plan and takes on ownership of key elements of the marketing plan or larger activities.


Responsibilities
Program Management

  • Contributes to the planning and execution of global and local programs and activities in the territory
  • Rolls out or supports highly targeted marketing programs to encourage strategic engagement with Equinix
  • Supports the delivery of high impact product/solution/service launches within their territory in alignment with Regional launch plans
Event Planning and Execution

  • Manages or supports different types of events within the territory supporting all aspects of event management and logistics pre and post event, including working with 3rd parties and agencies to deliver the right event experience and ROI
  • Provides appropriate elements of reporting on events and campaigns to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Provides input into social media campaigns to drive successful activities"
Agency Management

  • Works with Creative Services or third party agencies to develop supporting materials and collateral
Lead Generation

  • Works to ensure activities generate forecast ROI in terms of MQLs/Opportunities within Lead Management SLAs
  • Works with Marketing Operations to ensure Leads are captured and progressed through global lead management process and tools
Lead Management

  • Works with Opportunity Development and Sales to ensure leads progress and are qualified and converted
  • Utilizes SFDC to monitor lead progression and obtain feedback on quality
Collaboration

  • Liaison and planning with local sales teams
  • Liaises with regional and global marketing specialists for product, vertical marketing, programs, marketing operations
Budget Management

  • Prepares and coordinates activity budgets and escalates concerns to more senior members when project costs exceed planned budget expenditure
  • Manages budget for events or elements of overall event budget
Business Expertise

  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
Leadership

  • No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
Problem Solving

  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
Impact

  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Interpersonal Skills

  • Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Qualifications

  • Proven years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Bay Area:
$78,000 to $124,000

  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $72,000 to $114,000
  • Colorado, Nevada,

Rhode Island:
$65,000 to $103,000


Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
