One of the North West's leading law firms has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated IT Support to join their team in their Oldham Office.

They are looking for an IT Support who has the ability to Maintain the IT infrastructure across 3 sites

  • Provide desk top support
  • Develop their existing software and infrastructure


Some experience of working in windows virtual server environments with active directory, SQL and networking is useful but not essential.


The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support and assistance in use of case management software with workflow development
  • Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure across 3 sites with the support of external IT consultants and contractors.
  • Provide desktop support to nontechnical colleagues.
  • Develop workflows within the case management software.
  • Provide management information and marketing target lists from SQL data.
  • Initiate and carry out projects including assessing stakeholder requirements to implementation, collation and analysis of resulting performance with the support of external IT consultants and contractors.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT role within a fastpaced business.
  • Ideally you will have experience working in the legal sector, but this is not essential.
  • Broad experience across a multitude of IT issues.
  • Experience providing user support for a case management system would be ideal but not essential (they use Tikit P4W).
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities with an aptitude to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels within the company.
