Join Our Team as a Swimming Instructor at Laura Sevenus Swimming Tuition
Since 2000, Laura Sevenus Swimming Tuition has been dedicated to teaching children in London the valuable skill of swimming. Using our unique approach, we operate from a private pool in the beautiful Chiswick location in London W4.
Our swim school, although small, is bustling with energy as we provide small and intimate swimming classes for individuals of all ages, from babies to adults. Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week training period to learn our specialized teaching method, both in and out of the water.
Personal Requirements:
If you have a genuine passion for teaching, backed by relevant qualifications, along with experience working with children and adults, we want you on our team. An empathetic nature, excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Hold an ASA Level 1 or 2, STA Swimming Teaching Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience teaching baby classes is highly desirable
- Possess First Aid Certification, preferably in pediatric care
- Hold an NPLQ Qualification or equivalent
- Display professionalism with a touch of fun and excellent communication skills
- Be well-presented, reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong swimmer
- Have a genuine love for working with children
We currently have openings for instructors on Weekends - Saturdays and Sundays mornings, as well as Friday evenings. Applicants must be available for at least 12-18 months to undergo full training in our specialized method.

Salary: Competitive
