Client Wellbeing Coordinator to our
Engagement team in
London
We're looking for a talented Client Wellbeing Coordinator to work on our Engagement team in London.

Reporting directly to the Engagement Director, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission and advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, and suppliers.

This is a position inside the Global Revenue team, responsible for working alongside our Account Management team to build wellbeing strategies with our clients.


YOUR IMPACT:

  • Planning, development and analysis of wellbeing strategies & initiatives with our client partners (for example planning a wellbeing campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week with Gympass)
  • Onboard new clients being launched with a clientcentric, consultancy mindset, developing impactful communications strategies and engagement initiatives tailored to their needs
  • Leading on key communications projects and initiatives to drive results in the UK & IE markets
  • Being a 'dotted line' to other team members; including delegating, coaching & supporting the team
  • Collaborating with your counterparts in European and Global markets
  • Deploying global programs in collaboration with our Global Strategy Team
  • Continuous monitoring and tracking of client and market results and leading on the reporting to all relevant teams
  • Work in close partnership with Client Success to identify client engagement opportunities and propose impactful solutions to address clients' needs

This is a Hybrid role based out of our London office being required to be at the office twice a week and as a team, we like to coordinate those days together.**

PAID TIME OFF:
