Is a graduate with QTSHas evidence of outstanding practice as a classroom teacherHas high levels of success in teaching across all stages of the primary sector and, in particular, demonstrate how they have been able to meet the needs of children with SEN/DHas the highest expectations of pupils and themselvesIs enthusiastic, imaginative and forward thinkingHas the ability to inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeedIs able to form positive relationships with children, staff, parents and governorsPossesses excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Working with us at Dartford Primary Academy: Dartford Primary Academy is a highly successful three form entry primary school in Dartford, catering for children between the ages of three and eleven. We provide children with meaningful opportunities and experiences to become global citizens who have a desire to learn. Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st April 2024, our Trust comprises 32 geographically organised academies (16 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating more than 20,000 students and employing 3,000 talented staff. Nearly 40% of our academies are judged outstanding overall by Ofsted, versus 15% nationally. The Trust is establishing four 'clusters' of academies: North Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway.
