About the Job: Join a global FMCG manufacturer in the food production sector as a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor. Take charge of driving technical and cultural safety processes to ensure a secure working environment. This role involves maintaining legal and EHS standards, fostering a safety-focused culture, and overseeing compliance across the facility.
- Partner with site teams to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and lead HSE audits
- Develop safety engagement culture and communicate successes
- Oversee COSHH manual management and ensure compliance
- Review and align policies, procedures, and documentation with management systems
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety Network to uphold company policy compliance
- Conduct EHS training programs
Requirements:
- Background in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in plant/production environment, preferably in FMCG
- NEBOSH certification
- Expertise in Waste Management
- Strong skills in training identification and delivery
