The right candicate should be, hands-on, willing to work across functional areas when required and be prepared to run their own manufacturing cell as and when such an opportunity becomes available.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Technician at MJS Healthcare Ltd located in Luton. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for conducting production assembly, equipment maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.

Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field
Knowledge of assembly processes and equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic computer skills and familiarity with general office software
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
Experience within a manufacturing setting advantageous
