Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with duty managers to maintain skyhigh standards throughout all operations.
  • Take charge of shifts and services, making sure everything runs like a welloiled machine.
  • Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner.
  • Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential and rock their roles.
  • Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion.
  • Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth.
  • Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or food and beverage establishment (a must-have).
  • A genuine passion for providing mindblowing customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on.
  • Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18.
