Job Title: Skills Trainer at a Reputable Company

We're on the lookout for a Skills Trainer to lead engaging training sessions for groups of learners, helping them achieve a variety of qualifications. Your focus will be on supporting learners with Basic Skills requirements, breaking down barriers, and aiding their progress. Our dedicated Tutors offer guidance to learners, empowering them to enhance their skills and abilities, ultimately making a positive difference in their lives. This exciting position is situated in Folkstone but may involve providing assistance at other locations as needed.

What We Seek:

We need a Trainer with a background in working with youth or individuals seeking employment. Ideally, you should possess a recognized teaching/training certification (such as City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education) or be actively pursuing one. The ability to mentor learners on optimizing their potential and learning capabilities is crucial.
