ISS provides a comprehensive range of facilities management services, including cleaning and hygiene, maintenance and building services, catering, front of house, hospitality, and security.

We deliver these tailor-made services to customers across Key Accounts 1, Key Accounts 2, and Specialised Services.


As Corporate Receptionist, your role is pivotal in helping ISS achieve its goal of becoming the world's greatest service organisation.

You will deliver exceptional service, empowering our customers and facilitating their purpose through proactive and professional support.

This is a part-time role working Monday - Friday from 8am - 1:30pm.


Your responsibilities include providing first-class, proactive service to customers and visitors, ensuring their requirements are met, and their needs anticipated at all times.


As Corporate Receptionist, you will act as a positive and professional link between our client's service end-users and the Workplace Services teams and its vendors.


By anticipating client and customer needs and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
  • Process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room and visitor management system
  • Ensure that all standards are met, providing a five star meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants
  • Work as part of the Front of House team maintaining fivestar standards
  • Assist in the training of other Client Services and Network Team Members
  • Use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines
  • Lead by example at all times and be a role model for the team

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Good standard of general education
  • English and Maths GCSE A to C grade
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Customer service skills


Technical ability
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
