You will be working for an excellent provider in Specialist housing, supporting vulnerable adults in the community you are Joining the group at a very exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future progression and development opportunities.
Day-to-day, you'll support individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills to achieve greater independence and self-esteem, Managing a Caseload of 20 client or 5 Properties.
You will support with Conducting assessments with the individuals presenting at the service, hold planned key-work sessions each week with clients using a person-centred flexible approach and Assist with securing move-on to appropriate accommodation.
Job DetailsFull Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary depending on experience £25k - £28k
22 Days Holiday entitlement plus 8 Bank Holiday days
