The Corporate Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data.
This role requires a deep understanding of network security, system security, and application security to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information assets.
The position also encompasses antivirus management, mobile device management (MDM), and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) security policies.Security Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
Monitoring and Incident Response:
Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations
Risk Assessment and Management:
Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's IT infrastructure
Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
~ Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
Security Awareness and Training:
Conduct security training sessions for employees to raise awareness about security best practices and policies.
~ Ensure mobile devices comply with corporate security policies
Monitor and enforce MDM policies, including remote wipe and lock capabilities.
~ Develop and enforce BYOD policies to ensure the secure use of personal devices
Implement security measures for personal devices accessing corporate networks and data
Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into the organization's technology infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or a related field
Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
AWS, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of BYOD security best practices and policy implementation.
