Levels Above has shown enormous growth since forming in 2020 and are proud to have two active depots, one in Wakefield and another in the North West.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with breakdowns, corresponding with suppliers and customers
- Assisting the hire desk and accounts with any administrative tasks
- Taking off hires from customers and liasing with the supplier
