Duties/Responsibilities:
- Use a range of internal and external communication mechanisms to ensure staff and customers are informed and involved.
- To generate engaging content to print and digital channels for both internal and external audiences
- Assisting in the production of newsletters, including liaising with the editorial panel and ensuring the newsletters are delivered to a high quality and to deadlines
- Assisting in the production of business updates and other internal communications EG Ebulletins and internal announcements
- Design and create posters, leaflets and booklets for internal and external audiences using inDesign, Photoshop and Canva
- Ensuring that all publications. Presentations and corporate documents brand guidelines
- Coordinate and arrange the production and delivery of printed material / publications, including proofing, obtaining quotes whilst ensuring invoices are paid
- Ensuring that all internal notice boards are kept up to date both internal and external
- Supporting social media campaigns for all customers
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of PR showcase events such as staff conferences and awards
- Responsible for website updates, when working with the communications manager, ensuring that the website is user friendly
Skills/Experience:
- Good Communications skills, both Written and oral
- Ability to use initiative and mange workloads in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to deal confidently with any sensitive issues
- Experience of using design software for both digital and print material
Interviews will be taking place immediately with an outlook to start as soon as possible
