This opportunity is for a seasoned Social Worker to become part of the Community and Advice Support Team for a local authority in South West London. This team is the first contact point for Adult Social Care.
The role involves working Monday to Friday in the office, handling a reasonable caseload that includes both preventative cases and safeguarding screening.
We are searching for an individual who aligns with our principles and is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our residents. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to acquire new knowledge, introduce innovative ideas, and advocate for a practice focused on leveraging individual strengths and preventing issues. The Social Worker in the Community Advice and Support Team will be responsible for adopting a truly person-centered approach, offering residents various ways to interact with the service, such as over the phone, via video calls, or through face-to-face meetings at local discussion points.
