Reporting to the FinanceController you will be responsible for the finance function of aspecificbrand/brands.



Requirements

  • Preparationof monthly accruals in accurate and timelymanner
  • Preparationof monthly deferred/accrueincome.
  • Reviewand sense check of monthly transactions and P&Lperformance.
  • Assistingin analysis & forecasting for thebrands.
  • Completingbalance sheetreconciliations.
  • FixedAssetsrecording.
  • Comparisonanalysis on monthly MIreporting.
  • Applingof Accruals andPrepayments.
  • Overseeingof accounts assistant Purchase/SalesLedger.
  • Developingand improving reporting pack for key stakeholders within the SLT ofthebrand.
  • Supportinternal and externalaudits.
  • Involvementin projects and continuous improvement inFinance.
  • Managingnew & existing supply chain (Accounts/Terms)
  • Reportingon specific project or departmentsperformance.
  • OtherAd hoc duties asrequired.

Requirements

  • Qualifiedin CIMA/ACCA QBE will beconsidered.
  • Preferredexperience within installations transportation andlogistics.
  • Workedin a fast pace environment with highvolumes.
  • Managementand developmentexperience.
  • ExcellentIT skills including experience of xero and advanced Excel reportingincluding pivot tables and complexformulae.
  • Goodattention to detailrequired.
  • Strongworkethic.
  • Abilityto work as a teammember.
  • Greatcommunications skills to rely key information tostakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities Preparation of monthly accruals inaccurate and timely manner Preparation of monthly deferred/accrueincome. Review and sense check of monthly transactions and P&Lperformance. Assisting in analysis & forecasting for thebrands. Completing balance sheet reconciliations. Fixed Assetsrecording. Comparison analysis on monthly MI reporting. Appling ofAccruals and Prepayments. Overseeing of accounts assistant -Purchase/Sales Ledger. Developing and improving reporting pack forkey stakeholders within the SLT of the brand. Support internal andexternal audits. Involvement in projects and continuous improvementin Finance. Managing new & existing supply chain (Accounts/Terms) Reporting on specific project or departments performance.Other Ad hoc duties as required. Requirements Qualified inCIMA/ACCA, QBE will be considered. Preferred experience withininstallations, transportation and logistics. Worked in a fast paceenvironment with high volumes. Management and developmentexperience. Excellent IT skills, including experience of xero andadvanced Excel reporting, including pivot tables, and complexformulae. Good attention to detail required. Strong work ethic.Ability to work as a team member. Great communications skills torely key information to stakeholders.
